Congress’s last lake of thought

According to me, this is the last contemplation camp of the Congress. After this the time for contemplation is over! There is no need to wait till 15th May to draft a proposal for the conclusion drawn from Udaipur’s thought. The draft of that proposal is still in front of everyone’s eyes. He is eternal. He is infinite. ..the real need is to take him to that cot lying in the porch, From which people get up and walk once in such a way that they do not stop till then, Until the days of Congress are over.

On this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, outstanding Congress minds will sit on the banks of lakes to wonder what to do to stop the sand of the mass base slipping from their grasp. In the Nav-Sankalp Chintan Shivir being held in Udaipur, 55 sophisticated minds have been entrusted with the task of preparing base-sheets for ideas on six different subjects. Among them are experienced, middle-aged and half-water rivers full of new enthusiasm.

political; social justice and empowerment; economy; organization; farmers and agriculture; and, the work of creating six base-sheets for detailed discussions on youth empowerment topics Mallikarjun Kharge, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Shashi Tharoor, Salman Khurshid, Meira Kumar, Digvijay Singh, P. Chidambaram, Siddaramaiah, Anand Sharma, Mukul Wasnik, Ajay Maken, Tariq Anwar, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Ramesh Chennithala, Randeep Singh Surjewala, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, T, S, Singhdeo, B. Celebrities like V. Srinivas and Krishna Alavaru have been cited.

There are more. There are nothing either. You might be surprised when something happens. You may be surprised even if nothing happens. The work of surprise is well known to the arrangements of the Congress. Sometimes it also leads to very surprising results. Went out and will go further. But Congress-Ganga flows at its own pace. Standing on both sides of it, those who want to perform the aarti, take it off; Those who want to beat their chest, beat them; Congress’s Bhagirath must have had something to do with it earlier, nowadays he is non-sensitive in this matter. Whatever you want to think, think.

What will happen if there is a mess of over-thinking? Had it been, something would have happened in 24 years. Meanwhile, in thinking, in contemplating, in contemplating, in contemplating, in churning, no stone was left unturned. But what happened? The thought-provoking thought is called contemplation. Which contemplation is done after a three-day camp, shouting out loud? In the mind, everyone knows what should happen. It is a matter of karma. So, in 24 years there was a lot of contemplation, but not at all the implementation. The nectar of contemplation came out, but its drops did not fall on the barren earth. They were suffocated in the urn.

Not a single contemplation camp was held till 113 years after the formation of the Congress. The party went on without any extra thought and went on with a lot of hustle and bustle. The first contemplation took place in 1998 in Panchmarhi. Then five years later, in 2003, there was Chintan in Shimla. Then ten years later, in 2013, there was contemplation in Jaipur. After nine years, now in 2022 there is contemplation in Udaipur. Before the country got independence, 54 sessions of Congress were held and two special sessions were called. Since independence, 30 conventions have been held and seven special sessions have been called. There have been three contemplation camps and the fourth one is going to be held with great pomp. This year the 85th session of Congress will also be held around Diwali. Even if it is not for you, I have full hope that after this the Congress will start filling up. Even so, if the buds do not burst, then it means only one thing – the knowledge of sowing that Haldhar has learned, either there is some flaw in it or he does not have such workers, who after getting up from the lake-shore and leaving the lake- Have the ability to shape the discourse on earth.

In the Congress’s Chintan Shivir, which started on 4 September 1998 in Panchmarhi, Madhya Pradesh, a 14-point plan was made regarding Panchayati Raj. An 8-point plan was also made regarding agriculture. A detailed plan was also drawn up to deal with the growing threat of communalism and the rapidly growing influence of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and after a thorough consideration of electoral alliances with like-minded political parties, the Congress decided to go it alone in the fray. Decided. Motion passed. The draft of the Panchmarhi-declaration was spread on the pages of newspapers for the next several months.

Five years later, on July 9, 2003, by the time the Chintan Shivir started in Shimla, the resolutions passed in Pachmarhi were frozen. In Shimla, it was decided to align with like-minded political parties. This offer to come together to save the secular fabric and the announcement of steps to be taken for the marginalized sections paved the way for the Congress to come to power at the Center a year later. Programs like the National Employment Guarantee Scheme were the result of Shimla’s contemplation. But once the government was formed, the layers of dust started to settle on the resolutions passed in organizational matters. The party made a loud announcement to Sonia Gandhi to set up a central training academy for its workers and leaders in Shimla, but even after 19 years, there is no trace of it anywhere.

Ten years later, on January 18, 2013, there were concrete signs of a new wave in the resolutions passed at the Chintan Shivir in Jaipur. Rahul Gandhi was made the vice-president of the party in this camp and then gave his speech, once on everyone’s head, he said that the feet of the Congressmen were not falling on the ground. But by the passage of one and a half years, the pages of Rahul’s speech started turning yellow due to the chauvinism of the Khurrant Congressmen and the deceitful tricks of the little children. Narendra Bhai Modi, sitting on his swinging Airavat, climbed the hills of Raisina in such a way that the Congress was reduced to 44 in the Lok Sabha. Never before in history had an incident that had a more adverse effect on the morale of the Congressmen.

Obviously, after this all the contemplation was lost. The Congress has entered a chaotic phase of experimentation. After going through all kinds of, all kinds of, vain experiments, she got shattered. Seeing his deplorable condition, such a desperate desire to become his savior arose in such new pandas that in the last one year there was a lot of funny scenes. No one had ever seen the Congress so helpless that it began to learn the mantra of its transformation from the half-figure-book.

Therefore, according to me, this is the last contemplation camp of the Congress. After this the time for contemplation is over! There is no need to wait till 15th May to draft a proposal for the conclusion drawn from Udaipur’s thought. The draft of that proposal is still in front of everyone’s eyes. He is eternal. He is infinite. That proposal is eternal. Sometimes it comes out as a ‘pledge’. Sometimes ‘resolve’. In Udaipur, he will emerge as a ‘Nav-Sankalp’. But the real need is to carry it to that cot laid in the porch, from which people can rise once and walk in such a way that they do not stop till the days of Congress are over. If the entire Congress can do bhagirathi-tapas to take the lakes of Udaipur to the ends of the villages, then there is some thing, otherwise all the thinking is in vain.
