WhatsApp can bring this new feature with search shortcuts, the look will change

Whatsapp New Features: WhatsApp keeps on working on updates to give more features and comfort to its users as well as to fix bugs if any. According to reports, the messaging application is working on a new contact info page. WhatsApp is planning a redesign of the contact info page on the WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS. Search shortcuts are also planned on WhatsApp for iOS.

According to reports, after the release of WhatsApp beta for iOS 2.21.170.12 update, the application has introduced a new page for Business Info. “It’s like an iOS contact card when you open your address book and on Android, it also allows their status updates to be opened,” it said in a statement.

In future updates to WhatsApp beta for iOS and Android, WhatsApp is also planning to introduce a redesigned page for contact info. WhatsApp will use the same interface that has been introduced for Business Info, but with a small addition that the Contact Info page will offer a search shortcut.

It may be noted that the WhatsApp beta for Android update will not include the search shortcut. Also, this feature is under development and beta testers are yet to get any information about the release date.

Apart from this, WhatsApp is also working on Editing Recipients, which is an option to select different receivers before sending media files within WhatsApp chat. The new changes will also implement the possibility to upload media to your status updates, regardless of whether you are sending images, videos, GIFs over WhatsApp chat.
