The decision to confer the Phalke Award to Ms. Parekh was taken by a five-member jury. Ms. Asha Bhosle, Ms. Hema Malini, Ms. Poonam Dhillon, Mr. T.S. Nagbharan, Shri Udit Narayan were present.
