New Delhi | Petrol Diesel Price Hike: What the people of the country were afraid of, finally that thing happened and there was a huge increase in the prices of petrol and diesel. Government oil companies on Tuesday increased the prices of petrol and diesel after almost four months. This increase in petrol and diesel prices has been due to rising crude oil prices and rising global oil prices due to the Russo-Ukraine war. Petrol and diesel prices have been increased by 80 paise per liter.

Elections over, new prices apply from today
Petrol Diesel Price Hike: Due to the assembly elections in five states of the country, the increase in the prices of petrol and diesel was stopped. But today after 137 days the prices have increased. Earlier on November 4, fuel prices were increased in the country. The new prices have come into effect from today.
