Dhoni on his future cricket: Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has given a statement regarding continuing his cricket career. Dhoni said during an event in Chennai on Saturday that he is yet to decide whether he will play in IPL 2022 or not. Dhoni has also said that there is still a lot of time in the IPL, so he does not need to rush the decision.
Dhoni said, ‘November is going on now. IPL is to be held in April 2022. So I have a lot of time to think about it.
Earlier, he has also pointed towards leaving Chennai Super Kings. After IPL 2021, he had given a statement, ‘We have to see what is better for CSK. It doesn’t matter if I am in the club or not. It is important that the franchisee does not get into trouble.
CSK owner and former BCCI President Srinivasan made a big disclosure on this, saying that MS Dhoni is a fair person. They don’t want the team to retain them. Srinivasan had told that Dhoni does not want the team to spend so much money for him.
