Farrukhabad. In Farrukhabad district of Uttar Pradesh, the police has arrested a notorious criminal Shiva (Shiva) with a reward of 25 thousand rupees. Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar Meena said on Monday that the Maudarwaja police station was checking vehicles on Sunday night when he asked a suspicious motorcyclist to stop.
However, instead of stopping, the motorcyclist fired at the police and while trying to escape, his motorcycle slipped, causing him to fall on the road, Meena said. According to Meena, the motorcyclist got up and then started firing at the police and got injured in retaliatory action. He has been shot in the leg.
According to the Superintendent of Police, interrogation revealed that the motorcyclist is a resident of Bhogaon town in Mainpuri district and his name is Shiva alias Garbage. He said that Shiva was wanted in 30 cases registered under the Gangster Act and a reward of Rs 25,000 has been announced on him. He has been sent to Lohia Hospital for treatment.
