Uttar Pradesh: Gangrape of Sadhvi at Janki Mandir Ashram

Lucknow. A woman resident of Mathura, resident of Janaki Mandir Ashram in Gomtinagar area of ​​Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh’s capital, has alleged gang-rape against four people of the ashram by feeding them intoxicants. The police informed about this.

The police have registered a case against the four people of the ashram on the complaint of the woman, but the police is considering the matter suspicious and they say that action will be taken only after investigating the matter. According to Inspector-in-Charge Dinesh Chandra Mishra, a 57-year-old woman originally from Karchana in Prayagraj lives in Janaki Mandir Ashram. She said, the woman alleged in the Tahrir that on October 4, I was fed narcotics, after which I fainted.

The woman alleged that Durvasa, Chhote Mouni, Bade Mouni and Manmohan, who lived in the ashram, raped her. He also alleged that he was threatened with death by these people. According to Mishra, an FIR has been registered in the matter.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Prachi Singh said that the matter is being investigated and prima facie it looks suspicious. He said that necessary action would be taken after investigation.
