Get Rupay Jan Dhan card from the bank
Let us tell you that many special facilities are given to the customers by the central government and many schemes are run. Meanwhile, SBI is offering its customers the facility of SBI Rupay Jandhan Card, through which you can take advantage of Rs 2 lakh.

In this way you will get the benefit of 2 lakhs
On this card, the bank is offering customers the facility of accidental insurance cover up to Rs 2 lakh. With the help of Rupay card, you can withdraw money from the account and can also make purchases.

Where can I open an account?
You can open this account by visiting the bank nearest to your home. For this you have to take a form. Fill all the necessary information in this form. In this, you have to give detailed information about the number of dependents including your name, mobile number, bank branch name, applicant’s address, nominee, occupation/employment and annual income.

Must apply for Rupay card
Apart from this, in this form you will also have to give information about SSA code or ward number, village code or town code. Apart from this, you have to apply separately for Rupay card. Only after this you can take advantage of 2 lakh rupees.

These documents will be needed
To open this account, you need to have Aadhar Card or Passport or Driving License or PAN Card, Voter Card, NREGA Job Card, letter issued by the Authority, in which name, address and Aadhaar number are written, letter issued by the Gazetted Officer on which the account is opened. Attested photo is attached.

Scheme started in 2014
The central government started this scheme in the year 2014. So far, PMJDY bank accounts of more than 43 crore people have been opened. This scheme was started to connect people with the banking system in the country.
