Confirming the accident, Indian Army officials said that the pilot of the Cheetah helicopter of the Indian Army crashed today in Tawang area of ​​Arunachal Pradesh, losing its life. According to the information, the helicopter crashed near BTK area of ​​Jamithang circle. The Cheetah helicopter was returning after dropping off the General Officer Commanding of the 5th Infantry Division in the Surva Samba area.

‘Cheetah’ Crash! Army officials are investigating the cause of the accident. It was told that the accident happened during a routine flight at around 10 am on Wednesday. Two pilots were on board the crashed Cheetah helicopter. Both the pilots were badly injured as a result of the accident. He was immediately taken to the nearest military hospital. Where a pilot was declared dead during treatment.

The pilot who was killed in the helicopter crash has been identified as Lt Col Saurabh Yadav. At the same time, the treatment of the injured pilot is going on.
