Xi’s seal of power

Analysts say that Xi is now almost at that status in the CPC, which Mao Zedung once had. 20The 10th Congress has largely stamped on Xi Jinping’s policies and ideas.

The 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) The gist was that President Xi Jinping is now recognized as the undisputed leader of the party in person and in thought. Rather, some analysts have said that Xi’s status in the CPC is now near what Mao Zedung once enjoyed. Although there was no doubt in the past about Xi’s influence on the party, there are many indications that the 20th Congress has largely stamped on Xi Jinping’s policies and ideas. Now the CPC has assimilated Xi’s ideas and writings as well. That is, the ideology of Xi, which is now known as Xi Jinping Thought – will now be considered the ideology of the party. Although Xi has already put forward these views, but in the inaugural session of the Congress, he reinterpreted it. He has presented his action plan for China’s ‘socialist modernization’, shared prosperity, building environmental civilization, and making China a fully prosperous society by 2049.

At the same time, he has also set a goal to make China the world’s leading power in the field of high technology by 2035 and establish a rule of law based rule of law in the country by the same year. The Congress of the CPC is held every five years. This is an occasion to finalize the party’s policy and elect office bearers. This time 2,296 representatives of CPC participated in it. He paved the way for Xi Jinping to continue for five years as general secretary of the CPC, president of China, and chairman of the country’s National Military Commission. In this way, the two-decade-long tradition of changing the leadership every ten years has been broken. The eyes of the Western world were to see how much support Xi enjoys in this Congress. Clearly, forces that see Xi weakening will be disappointed with the results.
