The Vigilance Department, on Wednesday, a close aide of former Punjab minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu and Ludhiana’s Congress councilor Gagandeep Sunny Bhalla in Punjab’s famous Rs 200 crore foodgrain transport tender scam.
