Siang helicopter accident: 4 bodies recovered so far, search for one is still on

Itanagar | Syang Helicopter Crash : Four bodies have been recovered so far in the tragic helicopter crash that took place in Siging village of Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh this morning. It is being told that 5 people were aboard the helicopter at the time of the accident. So now the search for one is on.

According to the information received from the Indian Army, so far four bodies have been recovered in this accident. Whereas, the army and rescue teams are busy in search of one. This area is very inaccessible. Due to which the rescue team is also facing huge problems.

Syang Helicopter Crash : According to the information, the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) carrying Army personnel was on regular flight and the accident occurred when it was Singing 25 km from Tuting Headquarters.

Expressing grief over the helicopter accident, Union Law and Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju expressed condolences to the victims of the accident through a tweet saying that, the news of the crash of Indian Army’s Advanced Light Helicopter in Siang, Arunachal Pradesh is very disturbing. Syang Helicopter Crash : Let us tell you that this is the second incident of an army helicopter crashing in the state this month. Earlier on October 5, a Cheetah helicopter had crashed in Tawang district. One of the two pilots was killed in it.
