man-animal struggle

On the one hand wildlife is in danger, So secondly it is also true that in the last years the number of attacks by wild animals on humans is increasing. It is necessary now to solve this issue.

Recently, cheetahs were brought to India from Namibia, so there was a lot of discussion about them. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself went there to leave those cheetahs in the Kuno National Park. For this, the Prime Minister chose the special occasion of his birthday. Obviously, the message of the Prime Minister’s attachment to wildlife was given to the whole country. That is why it is expected from the Prime Minister that he should also pay attention to the increasing conflict between humans and animals in many areas of the country. It is now imperative that effective steps to resolve such conflict situations are taken at the earliest. The recent incident of killing of a tiger at the Valmikinagar Tiger Reserve in Bihar on the orders of the government after turning it into a cannibal has drawn the attention of the whole country to such conflicts. This has raised the question of the safety of the people living in the vicinity of wildlife sanctuaries and debate has also started on the rationale of Project Tiger.

On the one hand wildlife is in danger, on the other it is also true that in the last years the number of attacks by wild animals on humans is increasing. Valmikinagar Tiger Reserve is the only tiger reserve in Bihar. It is considered to be the fifth best Tiger Reserve and Wildlife Sanctuary in the country. There are tigers of the Royal Bengal Tiger species here. A tiger that came out of here took the lives of six people only in the month of September. Apart from this, many people were injured and many cattle also lost their lives. Due to this, people of more than 50 nearby villages were living under the shadow of fear for more than a month. Eventually the tiger was declared a cannibal and killed. However, this is not the first time such a problem has arisen. In fact, near many other sanctuaries, animals often enter the surrounding residential areas. Of course, the reason for the attack of wild animals is the conflict between humans and animals. Now it has become necessary to think about its solution.
