PM Modi’s glimpse of pain said – My heart is with Morbi victims, will go to meet the injured tomorrow

Ahmedabad | Morbi Tragedy : The horrific tragedy in Morbi, Gujarat has shaken everyone. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also deeply saddened by this painful accident in his home state and has also expressed his deep condolences on this accident. Right now PM Modi is present in Gujarat on his three-day visit. In such a situation, tomorrow i.e. on Tuesday, PM Modi will go to Morbi and meet the families of those who lost their lives in the bridge accident. Let us tell you that so far 132 people have lost their lives in this accident.

Will go to the hospital to meet the injured
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday near the Statue of Unity, on the occasion of National Unity Day, was very emotional about the Morbi accident. He expressed grief over the incident and expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the accident. In such a situation, PM Modi will go to the hospital on Tuesday to meet the injured in the accident.

Announcement to give ex-gratia amount of Rs 2 lakh
PM Modi today said, ‘Even though I am in Ekta Nagar, my heart is with the victims of Morbi. I have rarely experienced such pain in my life. On one side there is a heart full of pain and on the other side the path of duty. Earlier, PM Modi had announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh each from the Relief Fund to the families of those killed in the accident.

Morbi Tragedy : Let us tell you that the bridge which fell victim to the accident in Morbi was opened for the people 5 days back after 7 months. In such a situation, due to the holiday on Sunday, there was a lot of crowd there in the evening. Due to which in the evening the swaying bridge on the river Machhu suddenly broke down and all the people standing on it got drowned in the water.
