Here in Shahjahanpur the incident of setting a religious text inside the mosque has come to the fore. Some burnt pages of a religious text have been found in the mosque in the Kotwali police station area of ​​Shahjahanpur. In view of the seriousness of the matter, the police administration came on active mode and heavy police force was deployed in the area after protests by the people of the community took to the streets regarding this incident. The officers started pacifying the angry people.

Masjid Imam appealed for peace
After this incident, the anger of the people erupted so much that at a short distance from the spot, some mischievous elements tore the banner on the beach road and set it on fire. The police immediately reached the spot and doused the fire and dispersed the crowd using mild force. Seeing this kind of behavior of the people, the Imam of Shahjahanpur Masjid has also appealed to the people to maintain peace.

Police started investigation on the basis of CCTV footage
Shahjahanpur Incident: Giving information about this incident, Superintendent of Police S Anand said that the police have got the CCTV footage of the incident. Those are being investigated and search is on for the accused. A case has been registered and soon the whole matter will be exposed.
