Recently, Airtel along with Nokia successfully carried out the first 5G trial in the 700 MHz spectrum band outside the city of Kolkata. This was the first 5G trial to be done in rural areas in India. 

Bharti Airtel is taking a big initiative towards providing 5G solutions in collaboration with global technology and manufacturing companies to give a new dimension to the business world of the country. This initiative of Airtel will open the door of immense possibilities for the companies as well as increase the productivity. For this, the company is working closely with companies like Intel, Qualcomm, CISCO, Accenture, Ericsson so that India can be brought into the category of hyperconnected world. Airtel claims that Indian customers will be able to experience 5G speeds in the next few months. 

Internet speed will be 10 times faster than 5G

According to a report by Ericsson, 5G in India is expected to generate revenue of more than $27 billion by 2026. According to another report by Ericsson, there will be 3.5 billion 5G connections worldwide by 2026, while in India their number will reach 350 million.

Clyde-gaming: Airtel is the country’s first cloud on 5G internet- The gaming session has been successfully conducted.  Gaming session was organized in Manesar, Gurgaon. Cloud gaming will be one of the biggest use cases for 5G. Cloud gaming will allow the user to enjoy playing games in real-time without investing in any gaming hardware. Airtel said that according to the estimates, the number of online gamers in India at present is 436 million and this figure will be 51 crore by 2022. 

Entertainment:  After the arrival of 4G, the world of entertainment has changed in the country. The OTT platform was born as a content provider. Leaving multiplexes and cinema halls, people started watching from films to web series on the OTT platform sitting at home. Just imagine how big a change will be in entertainment after the arrival of 5G. Due to high speed, there will be a big revolution in the field of online content.  

Education: Education has been affected the most during the Corona period. Schools and colleges were closed. In such a situation, students got education through online education. The credit for this goes to the digital revolution in the country. And after the arrival of 5G technology, students can be educated in a better and easier way.
