Jaipur. The prestigious exhibition of stone industry ‘India Stone Mart’ will start in Jaipur from November 10. More than 350 participants are expected from India and abroad. An official gave this information. He informed that the 11th edition of ‘India Stone Mart’ will be organized from 10 to 13 November at Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center (JECC) located in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur.According to the official, the exhibition is being organized by the Center for Development of Stones (CDOS) and is co-organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He informed that Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO) is the main sponsor of the exhibition.
ACS Vinu Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Industries Department informed that ‘India Stone Mart’ will be the biggest international exhibition of stone industry, in which the world of natural stones, ancillary products and services will be widely displayed. According to Gupta, more than 350 exhibitors from 17 states and union territories of India and abroad are expected to participate in this exhibition. He informed that Gujarat and Odisha will have their own ‘State Pavilions’ in the exhibition. At the same time, Turkey, Iran and Portugal will perform in the international pavilion. According to Gupta, Italy and China have also confirmed participation in the event. So far, over 500 international visitors from 47 countries have already registered to participate. (Language)
