What did Nasir Hussain say?
Nasser Hussain has written in a British newspaper column that the biggest reason for the cancellation of the last Test match between India and England is the very busy schedule of the Indian team. He said that only 4 days after this Test series, the Indian team had to go to play IPL. This was the reason that when the corona infection spread in the Indian squad, the players became very worried about this match. However, he said that the decision to cancel the match was taken only in view of the IPL.

Said – Feeling bad for the fans
Nasir Hussain said that the worst is felt for the fans who came for this match after traveling from far away. He said that the fans have suffered the most due to the cancellation of the match. He said that even though people will get the money for the ticket of the match, but apart from this, all the expenses including traveling and hotel went waste. Apart from this, he did not even get to see the interesting match of this series.

The match was canceled due to the threat of Corona
Team India players did not want to play the fifth match after the head coach of the Indian team, Ravi Shastri and some people of the squad got infected with corona. He was afraid that if he got caught by Korna, he would have to stay in isolation in England for 10 days. This was the reason why the team did not express interest in playing the fifth match.
