England vs India 4th Test: In the fourth Test to be played at The Oval in London, English captain Joe Root has won the toss and decided to bowl first. Indian team will bat first. Even today Ravichandran Ashwin has not been included in the Indian team. Captain Virat Kohli has decided to go with four fast bowlers and one spinner. India has made two changes in its playing XI. Chris Woakes and Ollie Pope have returned to the England team. Both of them have been included in the team in place of Jos Buttler and Sam Curran.
