Ticket sales start today for Coldplay‘s show in Curitiba which will be in March 2023. The band announced on the 10th the new dates of their shows in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, postponed due to a lung problem of Chris Martin.
The unique show in Curitiba , at Estádio Couto Pereira, will be on March 21st.

Do I need to change my Coldplay concert ticket?
All tickets purchased for the shows in São Paulo are still valid, with no need to exchange them. As the location has been changed, information about the location of the new seats will be sent by Eventim directly via email to the person who purchased the ticket.
For performances in Rio de Janeiro, previously purchased tickets will be valid for the new dates, with no action required by ticket holders.
Can I get a refund for Coldplay concerts?
Procon-SP reported that those who bought tickets for the shows will have three options:
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket;
- Receive credit for future events;
- Wait for the new event dates and keep your current ticket.
Procon also stated that it is the responsibility of the company holding the event to communicate updates about the case to consumers, such as a possible cancellation of the event, or future dates for its realization.
How to get a refund for the Coldplay concert?
Eventim explained that if someone who purchased the ticket chooses to cancel the purchase, they will get a full refund, including the service fee.
The company reinforces that after the cancellation of the purchase, the tickets lose their validity, making it impossible to access the event on the new date. Partial order cancellation will not be accepted.
A cancellation request is required, according to the procedure below:
- Purchases made through the website http://www.eventim.com.br
A) From today, October 10th, access the link https://cancelamento.eventim.com.bre and make your refund request until 11/12/2022.
B) The event promoter is responsible for refunding the purchase price of the tickets, and the Eventim system is the means that direct your request for a chargeback to the current account indicated by the customer through the link above. The deadline to view the chargeback is up to 30 days after the refund request process is completed in the system, within the period established by the PROMOTER.
C) Once the resources are made available by the PROMOTER of the Event, the cancellation is carried out automatically and the value of the tickets will be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions of use provided at https://www.eventim.com.br/help/terms/. Service fees will be refunded.
