Army helicopter crashes in Arunachal Pradesh’s Siang, trouble in rescue work

Itanagar | Army Helicopter Crash: A major accident took place in Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh on Friday morning. An army helicopter crashed near the Singing village of Siang here near the Chinese border. The place where the army helicopter crashed is a very inaccessible place. Giving information about this accident, the Defense PRO of Guwahati has sent a rescue team there.

Army Helicopter Crash: According to the information, the search and rescue operation is going on after the ‘HAL Rudra’ helicopter crashed near Singing village of Siang. It is being told that five people were aboard the crashed helicopter. In which there were two pilots. The helicopter is extremely inaccessible to the accident and is not connected by road. This place is located at a distance of 25 kms from Tuting Headquarters. After the accident, the army left for the spot and started the rescue operation. But the terrain being inaccessible has made it difficult for the rescue team to carry out search and rescue operations.

Army Helicopter Crash: Let us tell you that this is the third incident of helicopter and plane crash in the country within 10 days. Two-three days before this, the helicopter returning to the Kedarnath valley carrying pilgrims back had crashed in which 7 people including the pilot were killed. Earlier on October 12, the MiG-29K aircraft of the Indian Navy crashed near the Goa coast after a technical fault, however, the pilot of this aircraft survived.
