Walter was hired by the textile company Industries Reynolds on January 17, 1938. This company is now known as Renox View. He was soon promoted and became a sales manager. Since then he has been the Sales Manager in the company. For the past 84 years, he has worked for a company that holds the Guinness World Record for the longest time in a company.
