Jaipur. In Rajasthan, under the polio vaccination campaign, 73.8 lakh children were administered a dose of anti-polio drug. An official of the Medical and Health Department said that under the campaign, 42.9 lakh children were provided with anti-polio drugs by the health department by setting up booths on the first day and 30.9 lakh children by the health workers from door to door on the second and third day.
It may be mentioned that 4,452 transit teams and 6,424 mobile teams were constituted in the sub-national immunization campaign started from September 18 in 20 districts of the state, which included more than one lakh health workers. (Language)
