Why notice to only 16 MLAs?

38 MLAs of Shiv Sena have rebelled. In terms of the party’s strength of 55, the number required for a split is 37, which means that more than two-thirds of the MLAs are rebelling and sitting in Guwahati, and because of them, the government is in a minority. Despite this, Shiv Sena has asked for action against only 16 MLAs. The question is, what does Shiv Sena want to do with the rest of the MLAs, who have not complained to the Deputy Speaker? It seems that the 16 MLAs, including Eknath Shinde, against whom action has been taken, are being considered by the party that they cannot be returned. Therefore, efforts are being made to teach them a lesson and put pressure on the rest of the MLAs through them.

It is being said that about more than half of the MLAs, the Shiv Sena leaders are confident that they will return home. That is, on the day they reach Maharashtra after leaving Guwahati, they will come with Shiv Sena. It is also being told that the relatives of those MLAs are in touch with the leaders of Shiv Sena. He has assured party supremo Uddhav Thackeray that the MLAs will return. According to informed sources, many of the fleeing MLAs are in touch with their family members and have sent a message to the Shiv Sena chief through them. BJP is also aware of this, so it is not in a hurry. She also feels that some MLAs will return with Shiv Sena, so she is not asking to prove majority by calling a session of the assembly.
