There is chaos in the procession of Barawafat in UP! 6 killed due to high tension line

Bahraich | Barawafat Procession: There was chaos in the procession of Barawafat in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh when some people came in the grip of high tension line. Suddenly a stampede broke out in the procession and screams were heard. In this accident, 6 people died due to electrocution, while 3 others were seriously injured. The injured were taken to the Community Health Center for treatment, where they were referred to Lucknow in view of their critical condition.

Iron rod touched the high tension line
Barawafat Process: According to the information, a procession of Barawafat was being taken out in Bhaggadwa village of Kotwali Nanpara in Bahraich around 4 am. During this, the iron rod on the handcart touched the high tension line of 11 thousand voltage. Due to which 4 people died on the spot due to its grip, while 2 people died during treatment. Two children are also among the dead. At the same time, seeing the condition of three other people critical, the doctors referred them to the district hospital.

CM Yogi Adityanath expressed deep sorrow
Barawafat Process: As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police administration reached the spot and in view of the seriousness of the incident, heavy police force was deployed. After the accident, mourning spread throughout the village. UP CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep grief over this tragic incident, along with the Chief Minister has given instructions to the DM and police officers while expressing condolences to the families of the deceased.
