How to apply for DDA Housing Scheme

First of all go to the official website of DDA https://dda.gov.in/ and click on DDA Special Housing Scheme 2021 here.

Click here to register.

A new page will open in front of you on which you will have to fill all the details like PAN, Aadhar card number and mobile number.

After filling all these details you will get an OTP.

To login to this site, your login ID will be your PAN and every time you will get an OTP through which you will be able to login.

When you will open the application form on successful login, you will have to give preference of personal details, bank details, address details and joint applicant details, category you are taking for the flat and location.

Along with the scanned image of your photograph, you will have to keep the signature of the applicant and if there is a joint applicant, then its signature will also be scanned and uploaded on the site if needed.

After filling all these details, when you make the final submission, you will have to submit the payment made through net banking or NEFT or RTGS payment through e-challan of the bank branch, which will be filled as the registration amount for the flat. Will go.

If the applicant has opted for NEFT/RTGS then he has to select any bank for e-challan and then submit the same. After the challan is generated, the next screen will appear and submit the registration amount regarding it.

If the applicant has opted for Netbanking, then he/she will have to first select the bank and then make the online payment by visiting that bank’s website.

When the payment is done, you will get an acknowledgment slip on the screen and keep it in softcopy. Apart from this, you can also get this slip by going to ‘My Payment’ option.

Who can apply for DDA flats

The applicant should be 18 years of age and he or his spouse should not have residential property of more than 67 sqm in Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment area. Nor should the unmarried children of the applicant have any such property in the urban area of ​​Delhi or in the specified area.

A candidate can file only one application.

Both a husband and wife can separately apply for a house under the scheme but if both of them get selected in the draw then only one of them will be entitled to the flat.
