Srinagar. Security forces on Saturday recovered an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora district. An IED weighing 18 kg was recovered by security forces at Ashtingo village on the Bandipora-Sopore road on Saturday morning, police said. Police said traffic on the road has been temporarily halted and a bomb disposal squad has been called to defuse the explosive device. (IANS)
