Steve Smith Takes Fresh Dig At Alastair Cook Over Alex Carey’s Haircut Controversy

Steve Smith has taken a cheeky dig at former England captain Alastair Cook for his claims of Alex Carey not paying for his haircut. Smith took to his social media accounts and shared a picture of Carey with a new haircut.

The former captain captioned the post “I can confirm that Alex Carey has now had a haircut and that he paid for it.”

For the unversed, Cook had claimed that Carey did not pay for his haircut in London. Cook’s allegations were brushed aside by Steve Smith who had confirmed that Carey did not have any haircut. After investigation, it was found that it was not Alex Carey who had a haircut and Cook had to apologize for his false allegations.
