BJP’s concern in Madhya Pradesh

Among the states where assembly elections are due next year, it seems that Madhya Pradesh is the biggest concern of the BJP. According to sources in the BJP, the leaders of the party are apprehensive about the results of the last ie 2018 elections. Like the Congress fought last time and defeated the BJP, similarly this time also the pair of Kamal Nath and Digvijay Singh is preparing for the elections. There is also sympathy with the Congress that the BJP had toppled its elected government. Apart from this, there are reports of a lot of tussle within the BJP. Since the meeting of Kailash Vijayvargiya and Jyotiraditya Scindia, many types of speculations are being done. That is why BJP is paying special attention to Madhya Pradesh.

In this connection, BJP’s organization general secretary BL Santosh had a meeting with party leaders recently, in which the initiatives related to next year’s elections were discussed. After the meeting with BL Santosh, state president VD Sharma changed the presidents of five districts. Four of these districts belong to Gwalior and Morena areas. Keep in mind that these areas are under the influence of two big leaders of BJP and Union Ministers Narendra Singh Tomar and Jyotiraditya Scindia. The performance of the BJP in the local body elections in these areas was not good. It is also being told that in the meeting held with BL Santosh, many leaders of the state questioned the politics of bulldozers and said that this politics may have been successful in Uttar Pradesh but it is not going to work in Madhya Pradesh. That is why it is being said that now the bulldozer justice can be postponed till the election.
