Rain in Jammu and Kashmir during next 24 hours

Srinagar. Light to moderate rain and snowfall are likely in Jammu and Kashmir in the next 24 hours. The Meteorological Office (MET) gave this information on Wednesday. During the last 24 hours, it was generally cloudy over the Union Territory. An official of the Meteorological Department said, “There is a possibility of light to moderate rain/snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours. Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 5.4, Pahalgam 2.9 and Gulmarg minus 2 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Drass town of Ladakh region was minus 1.1, Kargil 1.6 and Leh minus 2.6. The minimum temperature was 14.6 in Jammu, 12.6 in Katra, 6.3 in Batote, 4.2 in Banihal and 5.4 in Bhaderwah.
