Indore | Indore Cycle MP : Indore city is seen as the cleanest city in the country. It is here that the continuous efforts made for the cleanliness of the city are praised. In such a situation, now efforts are also being made to reduce air pollution in the city. Under this effort, 3,000 cycles will be added to the public transport system. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the first phase of this project costing Rs 10 crore on Monday. According to the information given in this regard, this project named “Indore Public Bicycle System” will be run on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis and under this state-of-the-art bicycles will be provided to the common people on rent.

The consumption of petrol and diesel will decrease, the body will also be healthy
Indore Cycle MP : CM Chouhan, while attending the inauguration ceremony of the project through video conference, said that the environment will be protected by the addition of cycles to the public transport system of Indore. The consumption of petrol and diesel will decrease and the body of common people will also be healthy. Officials said that the local administration will provide 3,000 bicycles on rent to the general public at city transport bus stops and other major public places in a phased manner.

Cycle will be available for 10 hours for 10 rupees
Indore Cycle MP : The CM said that the lock of these cycles will open and close with the help of a mobile app. Along with this, these cycles will be equipped with GPS system, so that the local administration will keep an eye on their movement. Officials said that such a cycle will be available to the common people for 10 hours for just 10 rupees. Whereas by paying Rs 349, they will be able to use it for the whole month.
