Lucknow News: On Tuesday, in the Red Cross Community Health Center (CHC) located in Kaiserbagh locality of the capital, the newly built oxygen plant with a capacity of ‘150 liters of oxygen per minute’ was inaugurated by the Law and Law Minister Brijesh Pathak. .
