Lookout notice against Nupur

Kolkata. Suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma’s troubles seem to be increasing in the case of derogatory remarks on Prophet Mohammad. After the sharp remarks of the Supreme Court, now the Kolkata Police has issued a lookout notice against him. Nupur Sharma, accused in the case of alleged controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad, did not appear before the police for the fourth time in a row. After that the police issued a lookout notice against him.

Significantly, there was violence in some parts of West Bengal over Nupur Sharma’s remarks. However, a senior official said on Saturday that Nupur did not appear on the summons issued by the officers of the Amherst Street and Narkeldanga police stations. The police officer said- The lookout notice has been issued today after not appearing before our officers despite being summoned several times.

He said that both the police stations were summoned twice. The police officer said that the Amherst Street and Narkeldanga police stations had summoned them separately after FIRs were registered against them last month. Cases were registered against him in some other states. She had gone to the Supreme Court to transfer all these cases to Delhi, where the court made sharp comments on her.
