Kejriwal broke silence on Satyendra Jain, said- BJP is afraid of defeat, it is a fake case.
New Delhi | CM Kejriwal On ED : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has finally broken his silence on the arrest of his government minister Satyendar Jain. Kejriwal has said that the case against Jain is completely fake and politically motivated. He said that the honesty of the Aam Aadmi Party has been looked after by everyone. It is completely fake and politically motivated. They have been deliberately implicated. He said that we have faith in the judiciary and we all stand with our leader Jain because he is walking on the path of truth and will be proved clean.

BJP Congress demanded sacking
CM Kejriwal On ED : Let us inform that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials arrested Jain on Monday in a money laundering case. Jain has the responsibility of many important departments including health, home and energy in the Delhi government. When asked about the demand of Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to sack Jain, Kejriwal said that he will say anything. If there was even one percent truth in the matter, I would have taken action myself. On the other hand, the Delhi units of BJP and Congress have welcomed the arrest of Satyendra Jain and demanded Kejriwal to sack him from the cabinet.

CM Kejriwal On ED : CM Kejriwal had claimed in January itself before the Punjab Assembly elections that he had come to know from sources that Jain could be arrested by the ED. Kejriwal said AAP has taken cognizance of corruption complaints in the past and removed ministers without waiting for any agency action. However, many actions by agencies are politically motivated. He said that you saw in Punjab that the audio of a minister came out, no one was aware of it, neither any agency nor the opposition party knew about it. We could have suppressed the matter, but we ourselves acted and got them arrested. Deputy CM Sisodia said that Aam Aadmi Party is in charge for Himachal Pradesh elections and BJP is afraid of losing the elections there. That’s why all this is being done.
