Japan stunned by powerful earthquake, four killed, many injured, bullet train derailed
New Delhi | Earthquake in Japan: Four people were killed and more than 90 were injured in a massive earthquake that struck Japan’s southwestern and western regions on Wednesday night. The earthquake measured 7.4 off the Fukushima coast of northern Japan. A bullet train derailed due to the severe tremors of the earthquake. Apart from this, earthquake tremors were also felt in India on Wednesday night. The tremors of the earthquake came at around 9:40 pm about 119 km north of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. Their intensity was measured to be 4.2. However, no damage has been reported in India.

Earthquake in Japan: According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, the epicenter of the earthquake was 60 km below the sea. Due to the powerful earthquake in Japan, about two million homes have lost electricity. Due to which people had to spend the night in a panic-filled atmosphere.

Earthquake in Japan: Let us tell you that after 11 years of the 2011 disaster in Japan, such a powerful earthquake has occurred. After which the Japan Meteorological Department has issued a low danger tsunami warning. Earthquake tremors were also felt in eastern Japan, including Tokyo.
