Go to the portal mentioned above and click on Video LC option. You will have to keep your SBI pension account number with you and after clicking on the Video LC option, you will have to write the pension account number on it. After this, an OTP will come on the number which is registered with your pension account for confirmation.

For further process, read carefully the list of all the terms and conditions appearing in the column containing Video LC of this portal and click on Start Journey. It is also necessary for you to have your PAN card with you at this time. After Start Journey, click on I’m Ready and then start the video call. Now you have to wait for a while and your video call will start as soon as SBI officials get the time. One special thing is that you can choose the time according to your convenience and select it.

What to do after video call starts

After the start of the video call, the executive officer of SBI will ask you to read the 4 digit number on the screen share. After this you will be asked to show your PAN card and the bank officials will click its photo. After this, the bank officials will also take your picture for your identification and the process of video call will be completed.
