Gonda | Gonda News: A very surprising case has come to light in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. In which the post-mortem house, taking serious negligence, handed over the body of the man to the relatives instead of the woman, but when it came to know just before the last rites, there was a stir.

According to the information, a case of changing the body has come to the fore in the post-mortem house in Gonda Colonelganj. In fact, on Friday, 40-year-old Rita Devi was admitted to the district hospital for treatment after she was injured in a fight in a dispute in village Gursadi of Kotwali Colonelganj area. Rita Devi died on Saturday night. The post-mortem of the woman was done on Sunday and after that the dead body was handed over to the relatives.

When found out, there was a stir in the postmortem house and the police.

Her relatives went away with the woman’s body. It was found in the post-mortem house that there has been a big mess with the dead bodies. When the body of the man has gone instead of the dead body of the woman, there was a stir among the top officials. In a hurry, the family members of the woman were informed about this by phone, then the family members created a ruckus over the negligence.

strict action against the culprits
The family members of the woman expressed their displeasure over the negligence of the postmortem house staff and the police. In such a situation, the CMO has ordered an inquiry into the whole matter. Regarding the incident, CMO Radheshyam Kesari said that a complaint has been received about the replacement of dead bodies in the post-mortem house. Instructions have been given for investigation in this matter. Strict action will be taken against the culprits.
