ICC T20 Rankings: Rohit Sharma suffers loss, Virat Kohli remains in top five, know latest updates

ICC T20 Rankings: The International Cricket Council has released the latest rankings of batsmen and bowlers in T20 Internationals after the three-match T20 series played between Sri Lanka and South Africa. Indian captain Virat Kohli and opener KL Rahul are ranked fourth and sixth respectively in the latest rankings. At the same time, no Indian is included in the top 10 list of bowlers. 

England’s David Malan is leading the batting rankings. There has been no change in the top seven batsmen’s rankings. style="text-align: justify;"Tabrez Shamsi continues to top the bowlers’ list, followed by Wanindu Hasaranga and Rashid Khan. India’s top bowler in the bowling rankings is veteran Bhuvneshwar Kumar who is in 12th position. Injured off-spinner Washington Sundar is another Indian bowler in the top 20 with 18th position. Yuzvendra Chahal is the only bowler whose ranking has improved. He is now in 25th place. However, he has not been included in the Indian team for the T20 World Cup. 

Bangladesh fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman has moved up two places to the eighth position. He took eight wickets in the series against South Africa. Nasum Ahmed has moved up 25 places to 15th while Mehdi Hassan has moved up four places to 20th.
