Government considering setting up Tri-services missile command, army will be stronger

According to the information, the central government is now considering setting up a tri-service missile/rocket command on the lines of space and cyber command.

The special thing is that the proposed missile command will be responsible for the deployment of missile and rocket regiments against any adversary. Also, it will be operated by the commanders of the three services in rotation. In such a situation, conventional missiles like BrahMos and Akash as well as Pinaka rocket will be placed under one command for rapid deployment against any adversary. Will maintain synergy between the three armies

According to the report, the government had brought a proposal to establish a missile command after the conflict with the Chinese army in the Galwan Valley in eastern Ladakh. In fact, since the Galwan violence, the Chinese Army PLA has deployed rocket regiments in Tibet and Sinkiang region. At the same time, India’s proposed missile command will also be similar to the Tri-Services Cyber ​​Command and Space Command. Because at the time of war, theater command is very useful for maintaining coordination between the three armies.

Tri-services will be used more and more

India has a land border of more than 15,000 km and a coastline of more than 7,000 km. In such a situation, the army will work on land with priority, while the navy will keep an eye on the sea. At the same time, the Indian Air Force cannot be limited to the air defense of Indian airspace only. Its working area will also be expanded. Let us tell you that before introducing the Military Theater Command Charter, Indian national security planners will have to look closely at the war scenarios where the tri-services can be used to the maximum.
