In the international market, gold rose marginally to $ 1778 an ounce, while silver remained stable at $ 22.74 an ounce. HDFC Securities Senior Analyst (Commodity) Tapan Patel said that in line with last night’s fall in Comex (commodity market) and correction in rupee’s value, spot gold of 24 carat in Delhi has declined by Rs 302 and it is Rs. It has become cheaper by more than Rs 300 on the gram.
