Corona Case In Meerut: The number of corona patients in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh is increasing rapidly. For the last one week, doubling patients are being found every day Corona Positive in Meerut. In the investigation of 3,918 samples on Monday, the infection has been confirmed in 48. Now the number of corona infected in the district has increased to 171. Of these, 158 are in home isolation and are undergoing treatment at home. 13 patients are hospitalized. Whereas today two patients have been cured.

The Health Department has feared an increase in Omicron patients. According to a departmental officer, the number of people coming from abroad is continuously increasing. About 2 thousand passengers have returned to Meerut since December 3. Health department officials said that people have been asked to wear masks, wash hands and follow the corona protocol regularly. An emergency meeting has been held with IMA, Nursing Home Association and other departments. Omicron ward of 20 beds is currently open in the medical college.

He asked the youth present to follow the covid appropiate behavior themselves and also inspire others. He called upon everyone to use masks, follow social distancing and wash hands at regular intervals and use sanitizers. He congratulated the youth on the start of vaccination and wished them a bright future.
