Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has withdrawn his statement apologizing to the farmers, due to which he was getting a lot of criticism. He has said that he does not want to encourage any kind of conflict in the society.

Khattar had spoken of “like ko tit” during a meeting of the BJP Kisan Morcha, he had asked the people present there to form a faction of 500 to 1000 people and be ready to go to jail.

CM Khattar said that peace should not be disturbed in Haryana and peace and harmony should be maintained, so I have prayed to mother and queen that farmer brothers should not face any problem.
CM Khattar said, ‘I made a statement recently and that statement was actually made for self-defense. It is being propagated that the Chief Minister has spoken of lifting sticks, this has not been said because of ill-will towards anyone.
He said, ‘I want to tell the farmer brothers who have been hurt by this that I withdraw that statement as I do not want law and order situation in Haryana to be disturbed or peace should be disturbed.’
He said, ‘Yesterday, I was to attend a social program of Agarwal community in Kaithal district. But the farmers have given a call to protest despite my apology. That’s why I will not attend this program, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker will attend this program.
