According to IBAPI, the bank will auction 12315 residential properties in this auction. Apart from this, 2749 commercial properties, 1415 industrial properties, 100 agricultural properties are being auctioned.

How to take part in the auction-
If you want to participate in this auction, you must first register. You can register through your mail id and mobile number. For registration, you have to visit the e-auction portal. After this all the necessary documents have to be uploaded. The KYC document will be verified by the E-Auction Service Provider. The person participating in the auction must have a digital signature. After this, you will have to show the KYC documents in the respective bank branch. The bidders will have to login and place the bidding during the auction hours on the date of e-auction as per the rules of the auction.
