Amit Shah reached Assam on a three-day tour after Bengal.
Guwahati | Amit Shah In Assam : Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah arrived here on a three-day visit to Assam late on Sunday night. During his visit, Shah will attend the first anniversary celebrations of the Hemant Biswa Sarma-led state government. Along with this, Shah will also visit the India-Bangladesh border. Shah was received by Sarma and other senior state BJP leaders at the Guwahati airport late Sunday night. Sarma tweeted that Honorable Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji got a chance to welcome him at LGBI Airport, Guwahati. He further wrote that during the next two days, he will participate in many programs in Assam.

Will participate in many programs
Amit Shah In Assam : The Home Minister will visit the Mankachar border post of the Border Security Force (BSF) on Monday morning and interact with the officials posted there. He will lay the foundation stone of CENWOSTO-II (Central Workshop and Store) for the Central Armed Paramilitary Force (CAPAF) at Kelenchi in Tamulpur district. Along with this, he will also address the people present there. Later in the evening, Shah will inaugurate the Census Office at Amingaon in Kamrup district and the Super Specialty Cardiothoracic and Neurosciences Center at Guwahati Medical College and Hospital. Shah will return to New Delhi on Tuesday evening.

Amit Shah In Assam : Let us tell you that the first Shah of Assam had also visited Bengal. Here he inaugurated the floating border. Along with this, he had met many BJP leaders in Bengal and addressed the workers to work towards empowering the party.
