Jaipur Section-144: Assistant Commissioner of Police Manak Chowk (North) issued orders to implement Section-144 in Khachariyawas House Complex area and said that Section-144 within a radius of 500 meters in this area will be till 6 pm on December 28, 2022. will be applicable for During this period, no person in this area will be able to organize any kind of program of Kirtan, Qawwali, Prasadi and inauguration. Immediate action will be taken in case of violation.

According to this order of Section-144…

In the Khachariyawas House area, not more than 5 people will be able to gather within a radius of 500 meters.
No sloganeering will be allowed in this area.
No procession, yatra etc. will be allowed.
No person will be able to roam around with any kind of weapon.
Those who violate the order will be prosecuted under section 188 of the Indian Penal Procedure Code.
– This order will not apply to the officers-employees actually residing on state duty.
