Based on the complaint of the minor, Tiruvalla police registered a case and investigated the matter. According to the police, when the minor’s medical was done, the allegations proved to be true. After this the accused was presented in the court, where the minor’s lawyer also submitted his medical report in the court. After the sentencing of the guilty in the case, the district police said that the police had filed its charge sheet in the court.

A police officer in Pathanamthitta district said that advocate Jason Mathew appeared on behalf of the minor in the case, where the statements of witnesses, medical records and evidence were in his favor. Police Inspector Harilal of Thiruvalla Police Station registered the case and conducted the investigation, after which he filed the charge sheet, after which the court sentenced the accused to harsh punishment.
