For the last fifteen days, there has been a steady increase in new cases of corona in Delhi, due to which the active cases are also increasing. At the same time, after many children were found infected in schools, the tension of their parents has also increased. In such a situation, the Delhi government is again preparing to take some big step. In such a situation, Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia has today said to take strict steps against children found infected in schools.

Entire school should be closed if needed
Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Friday said that only the part of schools or classrooms where corona cases were reported should be temporarily closed in view of the increasing cases of Kovid-19 among school children and teachers. Along with this, he said that schools can take a decision to close the entire campus in those special circumstances in which infected students or teachers are from many parts of the school. Also, students and teachers should wear masks and keep as far as possible from each other.

DDMA meeting on April 20 on the situation of Corona
Along with this, Manish Sisodia has also called a meeting of Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on 20 April to review the situation of Corona in Delhi. Significantly, within a short time of the full reopening of schools after two years due to the corona epidemic, cases of infection have increased in schools.
Delhi Corona Update: Let us tell you that in the last 24 hours in Delhi, new cases of corona have increased to 325 and during this time 224 people have been discharged. Due to the increase in new cases, now active cases have also started increasing. The total active cases in Delhi now stands at 915.
