In the video, a man can be seen barking like a dog. In fact, according to the information, it is being told that the wrong name has been printed in the ration card of this person. The person’s name was Dutta but by mistake a dog was written instead. The meaning of the word has been ruined by the coming of ‘K’ in place of ‘D’. This was the reason that the person got enraged and started barking like dogs in front of the officers.
