However, Biden, in response to questions from reporters in Washington, said Russia would make an incredibly serious mistake if it used a strategic nuclear weapon in a war with Ukraine. Significantly, Russia said this week that Ukraine could use a strategic nuclear bomb in its own territory. A tactical nuclear bomb is a conventional bomb. The US and its allies suspect that Russia itself may be using a strategic nuclear bomb as part of a false flag operation, a strategy to self-attack and label another country.
