Pakistani national Habibullah Malik alias Sajid Jatt, currently residing in Pakistan, Basit Ahmad Reshi of Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, living in Pakistan, Imtiyaz Ahmed Kandu alias Sajad of Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir, residing in Pakistan, were declared terrorists. Zafar Iqbal alias Salim of Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir and Sheikh Jameel ur Rehman alias Sheikh Sahab of Pulwama are also involved.

According to the notification, Shaukat Ahmed Sheikh alias Shaukat Mochi is a native of Baramulla in Kashmir but is currently residing in Pakistan. The Home Ministry claims that he is acting as the “chief launching commander of the terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen”, which is already banned under the UAPA.
